250 g Jar
Tasting Profile
The Flavour of the Glade
Wild heather, ancient oak pollen, faint smoke of the forest floor, long blackberry bramble finish.
Exceptionally clear with a delicate crystalline texture. The flavour evolves slowly in the glass, revealing new layers with each passing minute.
The Certificate & Provenance
A Living Record
Every jar is paired with its own museum-grade Certificate of Authenticity on 100% cotton paper. It includes:
Unique serial number and year
Master Thornfield’s handwritten personal note
Full environmental data from the 2025 season
A pressed wildflower sample taken from the forest floor
Blockchain-verified QR code linking to the private digital provenance page
How It Is Enjoyed
The Ritual of Opening
We recommend storing the jar in a cool, dark place. When you are ready, break the wax seal slowly. Remove the stopper and inhale the forest before tasting.
The honey is best enjoyed at room temperature. A 250 g jar will last many months if savoured deliberately. Natural, raw honey can never expire.
Allocation & Access
Available to Members of the Collective
The 2026 harvest is offered first to members of the One Hive Only Collective. Remaining jars are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis among approved members.
This is the complete 2025 offering. Once these jars are gone, they are gone until the next single harvest.
