How It Is Enjoyed
The Ritual of Opening
We recommend storing the jar in a cool, dark place. When you are ready, break the wax seal slowly. Remove the stopper and inhale the forest before tasting.
The honey is best enjoyed at room temperature. A 250 g jar will last many months if savoured deliberately. Natural, raw honey can never expire.

The 2026 harvest is offered first to members of the One Hive Only Collective. Remaining jars are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis among approved members.
